Winter Cooking Class

Chef owner Ed Carrella and Mama Tina are back for another series of cooking classes. Join us this fall where we will share some traditional Italian dishes and some new fresh recipes to tantalize the taste buds. This class you will learn how to cook fresh Cauliflower Fritter, Spinach Pasta, Steak with Gorgonzola compound butter, and Zeppoline de Natale. Each course will be paired with wine.
